At uniassistbd, we are committed to providing high-quality consultancy services to Bangladeshi students who wish to study in Russia. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and as such, we have established the following Refund Policy to clarify the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Service Cancellation by uniassistbd: If we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or internal issues, you may be entitled to a refund. This includes situations where services such as university application submission or visa assistance cannot be completed as planned.
Failure to Obtain Visa or Admission: While we provide support and guidance for visa and admission processes, we do not guarantee approval or success. Therefore, no refund will be issued in case of visa rejection or denial of university admission.
Request for Refund Before Service Commencement: If you request a refund before we have commenced any work on your application or process, we will issue a full refund, minus any administrative fees (if applicable), provided that your request is made within 15 days of payment.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, once initiated, are non-refundable:
Application Fees: Payments made to third parties, such as university application fees, visa application fees, or government fees, are non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to external organizations and are beyond our control.
Processed Services: If services have already been initiated or completed (such as document submission, visa preparation, or university application assistance), no refund will be issued.
Late or Missed Submissions: If you miss deadlines or fail to provide necessary documents on time, resulting in delays or rejections, we will not offer a refund for services rendered.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email or our contact form, detailing the reason for your request. The request must be made within 15 days of the service being paid for or after an issue has occurred. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the situation and provide a decision regarding your refund within 7 business days.
4. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that processing refunds may take up to 30 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
uniassistbd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
